Draft refund & cancellation policy
This page is a draft while final policy copy is reviewed. It summarizes the current manual-access approach without adding commitments beyond what is implemented. The GEX Levels Indicator and the OptionFlow & OrderFlow Professional Education Library are separate products, billed separately, so cancellations and refunds are handled per product.
How it works
The Indicator is offered on monthly and annual plans. You can request cancellation at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the plan does not renew after that. No automated billing is active on this website yet, so changes are currently processed manually.
The Education Library is a one-time license to protected digital materials. Because access is delivered as digital content, refund eligibility is considered before protected materials have been delivered. Once protected materials have been made available, refunds are limited, consistent with the confidentiality terms that apply to library access.
If you are an EU consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For the Indicator subscription, this 14-day right applies from the day you subscribe. For digital content such as the Education Library, delivery begins immediately: at checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started, in line with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Until you give that consent and delivery starts, the 14-day right remains.
Send a cancellation or refund request to support@gex-levels.com with the email used to request access and any order reference. We will confirm receipt and the outcome by email.
When a payment is involved, it is processed by the payment provider used at checkout, and any refund is returned to the original payment method through that provider. No payment automation is active on this website yet.
If you believe you were charged in error or twice for the same access, contact support before opening a dispute so we can verify the records and correct it directly where possible.
Final refund and cancellation terms will specify eligibility windows, proration rules, and digital-delivery conditions before public checkout launches, and will be presented for review prior to purchase. GEX Levels and the education library are educational and informational only — not financial advice, trading signals, automated trading, or a guarantee of profit.
