Use the request form for access. For existing accounts, include your masked key prefix only — never send raw passwords or full license keys. Requests are reviewed manually.

Email requests are routed through the backend when configured and stored for manual review as backup. No provider credentials are ever exposed in the browser.

License or device reset

Include your account email and masked key prefix. Do not send the raw key unless support explicitly asks through a secure process.

Billing questions

Payment automation remains paused/manual. Approved access is verified server-side and through support review.

Already signed in? Manage your plan, licenses, and sessions from your account dashboard. The Indicator and the Education Library are sold separately and are never bundled.
