This is the licence under which you may use GEX Levels software: the browser extension, the indicators we publish for charting and trading platforms, and any desktop application we make available. It is the software layer of our Terms of Service, not a separate set of rules.

One person, your own devices
The licence is personal and non-transferable, limited to the number of devices documented for each product. Sharing a key, account or session can justify proportionate enforcement under clause 6.
Educational software, not advice
The software draws market-context levels and figures. It gives no buy or sell signal, no advice and no promise of a result. Every decision and every order remains yours.
Data has limitations
Third-party data and platforms can have gaps and interruptions. Your contractual and statutory remedies remain available.
Proportionate enforcement
Credential sharing, unauthorised redistribution and deliberate circumvention can justify restrictions or termination. Reasons, human review and mandatory rights remain protected.

1. What this licence covers
This agreement governs your use of any GEX Levels software we make available to you: the browser extension, the indicators we publish for charting and trading platforms (including NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, MotiveWave, ATAS and Quantower), any desktop application, and the updates, builds and components we supply for them. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. It does not govern the Education Library, whose confidentiality terms are in the Confidentiality Agreement.
2. The licence we grant
Subject to this agreement, to the Terms and to payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the software for your own trading education and analysis, on the number of devices we document for each product. Everything not expressly granted is reserved to us.
3. Licence boundaries
No sharing credentials, reselling access, external bulk extraction, redistributing protected data or Library content, removing notices or bypassing controls. Built-in personal export, refresh, replay and authorised team collaboration are permitted within their documented scope. Those features do not confer external provider-data redistribution rights. Statutory exceptions, including applicable interoperability, quotation and lawful disclosure rights, remain unaffected.
4. Programmatic use
The supplied application may automate refresh, calculations, research and authorised synchronisation. This does not authorise an external bot, scraping or automated order execution. Machine access beyond documented product capabilities requires a written agreement and any relevant data-provider permissions.
5. Licence checks and device limits
Licence verification and documented device limits protect access. Deliberately circumventing them is prohibited. A verification outage or a built-in offline grace period is not itself customer misconduct; required conformity and availability remedies remain.
6. Enforcement and review
Restrictions require evidenced misuse, an immediate security risk, a corresponding unpaid entitlement or a legal obligation. Measures are proportionate, with reasons and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Request human review through support@gex-levels.com. A good-faith complaint or payment dispute is not itself a breach. There is no automatic forfeiture of all paid licences; any termination and retained fees must comply with the Terms and mandatory law.
7. Ownership
The software, its methodology, the levels and data presentations, the code, texts, designs, names and logos belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You acquire a licence to use, never ownership. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely and without compensation.
8. Third-party platforms and data
The documented compatible platforms and their own required licences remain separate. Their marks belong to their respective owners; no endorsement is implied. Data may be delayed, revised or unavailable. Third-party incidents do not automatically release us from our own supply, update or conformity obligations. Coverage and permission to redistribute must not be inferred merely from technical availability.
9. Educational purpose, no advice
The software is informational and educational. It produces market-context levels and figures; it does not give investment advice, does not issue buy or sell signals, does not execute orders and promises no result. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Every decision, every order and every consequence is yours. Nothing in the software or its output creates an advisory, fiduciary or brokerage relationship between us.
10. Availability and changes
We supply agreed functionality and legally required updates. Compatibility, security and provider changes may require modifications; the notice, cost, consent and termination protections in the Terms and CGV apply. A feature described as beta before purchase has the stated evaluation limitations, but that label does not remove statutory rights. No trading performance or uninterrupted availability is promised.
11. Compliance, export and sanctions
You confirm that you may lawfully receive and use the software where you are, and that you are not located in, or acting for anyone in, a territory or on a list subject to applicable export restrictions or economic sanctions. You are responsible for the rules that apply to you, including any local rule about trading tools and market data.
12. Term, termination and which document wins
This licence runs while your subscription or one-time licence is active and ends when it ends, when you stop using the software, or when we terminate it under clause 6. On termination you stop using the software and remove it from your devices. Where this agreement and our Terms of Service differ, the Terms prevail; for consumers in France and the European Union, the French Conditions Générales de Vente are the binding sales terms and prevail over both. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
