Confidentiality Agreement.
This is the confidentiality agreement that protects the OptionFlow & OrderFlow Professional Education Library. It applies to the Education Library only — it does not apply to the GEX Levels Indicator, the Chrome extension, account login, the dashboard, billing, licenses, or support.

Confidentiality, in plain terms.
Electronic acceptance
Acceptance is a simple electronic signature: you read the full document, type your full name, tick a consent box that is never pre-ticked, and confirm. The version, SHA-256, your account, name and a UTC timestamp are recorded.
Scope limit
The agreement covers Education Library access only. The Indicator, Chrome extension, account login, dashboard, billing and support are governed by the published Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not by this NDA.
Breach and remedies
Proportionate, not punitive.
For unauthorized redistribution, resale, public posting, credential sharing or disclosure of protected materials, the Provider may — proportionately to the breach — suspend or terminate access and require deletion of copies. The Provider may claim compensation for the harm it actually demonstrates it has suffered, in accordance with applicable law, and may seek injunctive relief where available. There is no automatic, fixed or pre-set penalty amount, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
