Affiliate programme

Affiliate
Terms.

These are the rules the system actually applies when it tracks a referral and pays a commission. Every rate, window and reversal below is the behaviour of our server, not a description of intent.

Version 1.1 · effective 27 September 2026 for future eligible payments.

The short version

Six things to know.

What you earn

20% on an eligible Education Library payment, 15% on an eligible Indicator payment, or a fixed $4 USD on each paid Terminal billing cycle. A monthly, quarterly or yearly Terminal cycle earns one $4 commission per captured payment, not $4 per month within a longer cycle.

Percentage basis

Library and Indicator percentages use the eligible captured amount expressed in USD, not a local-currency minor-unit count or the list price. The fixed Terminal amount does not vary with the payment currency.

Initial attribution

Optional referral tracking can remember a link for up to 30 days only with the buyer's permission. A buyer may instead deliberately enter and apply your code at checkout. A later referral can replace a previous one before the initial paid order; verified renewals of the same Terminal membership remain credited to its original affiliate.

Trials pay nothing

A free trial that starts is not a sale. A commission exists only when a payment is actually captured.

30-day hold

A new commission is created as pending and is held for 30 days, as an operational validation hold, not the full legal refund or card-dispute window, before it can be approved for payout.

Refunds reverse it

If the sale is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is reversed — including after it was paid. You do not keep a commission on money we had to give back.

Clauses 1 to 10.

1. Who can join

A GEX Levels account holder can activate an affiliate account immediately. We may subsequently review, suspend or close it under these terms. Activation is not a guarantee of future eligibility or payout.

2. Commission rates

Education Library: 20% of the eligible USD captured amount. Indicator monthly, quarterly and yearly: 15% of the eligible USD captured amount. Terminal monthly, quarterly and yearly: $4 USD for each paid billing cycle, regardless of the period's length. These rules are set server-side; they are not taken from a link or browser. A change to future rates does not recalculate commissions already created.

3. How a sale is attributed to you

When the buyer permits optional referral tracking, a valid link can create a first-party attribution lasting up to 30 days. Alternatively, a signed-in buyer can intentionally enter and apply your code before checkout without enabling general referral tracking. Attribution must precede the purchase; a later code cannot claim an earlier order. Another valid referral before the initial payment may replace yours. A paid renewal of the same Terminal membership stays with the affiliate credited on its earlier paid cycle, subject to continued eligibility and the reversal rules.

4. What is commissionable

Only a captured, eligible payment. A free trial and a zero-value payment earn nothing. One commission exists per payment order; replayed events do not create duplicates. The $4 Terminal rule applies once to each actual paid cycle, not once per month within a quarterly or yearly cycle.

5. No self-referral

A purchase made by you or an account you control earns no commission. Repeated attempts to manufacture self-referrals may lead to suspension.

6. Hold, approval and payout

A commission starts as pending. After a 30-day operational hold it may be approved and made payable following review; this hold is not the full refund or card-dispute window. The lifecycle is pending → approved → payable → paid. Payouts are made on request once payable, using the payout details you provide. You are responsible for their accuracy and for applicable taxes.

7. Reversal

A refund or chargeback on the underlying payment reverses its commission, even after payout. Any amount already paid may be offset against a future payout or repaid under applicable law.

8. How you may promote

Promote honestly. Do not claim profit or performance results, present the Library, Indicator or Terminal as advice or trading signals, bid on our brand in paid search, impersonate GEX Levels, spam, use bots, or force referral tracking. Disclose your affiliate relationship where required.

9. Fraud and closure

Manufactured clicks or purchases, forced cookies and misrepresentation can result in suspension or closure. Disputed commissions may be withheld while investigated. Commissions properly earned before closure and not reversed remain subject to payout.

10. Relationship and precedence

The programme creates no employment, partnership, agency or joint venture. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service; where they differ, the Terms prevail, and applicable mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. The version in force when a commission is created applies to it.

Version 1.1, effective 27 September 2026 for future eligible payments. GEX Levels is educational and informational only: not financial or investment advice, not trading signals, not automated trading, and not a guarantee of profit. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
