This policy covers the GEX Levels Indicator Chrome extension only — the browser extension that displays your licensed GEX Levels market-context levels as an overlay on supported TradingView charts. It has not been validated by a lawyer. It describes the current implementation without adding claims beyond it. The GEX Levels Indicator is a separate product from the Education Library, and no NDA is required to use the Indicator or extension. Effective date: [to be set at publication].

The extension has one narrow purpose: to display authenticated GEX Levels market-context levels and zones on supported TradingView chart pages. It does not execute trades, does not access broker accounts, and does not provide financial advice.
Stored in your browser via the storage permission: your access/license key, a randomly-generated device identifier (used to bind your license to your device), your selected symbol, your overlay display preferences and panel position, and the most recent levels snapshot for offline display. A short-lived session token is held in session storage and cleared when you close the browser.
No browsing history, no page content from sites other than the TradingView chart it overlays, no analytics or telemetry, no advertising or tracking cookies, no location, and no personal information beyond the license key and device identifier described above. The extension shares nothing with third parties.
To unlock protected levels, the extension sends your license key and device identifier to the GEX Levels API to validate your license and create a short-lived session. License enforcement is performed on the server; the extension's locked or unavailable states are presentational only.
The extension communicates only with https://api.gex-levels.com over HTTPS. Only three values ever leave your browser — your license key, device identifier, and selected symbol — and only to that single endpoint. The extension contains no remotely-hosted code and loads no external scripts.
Settings, the device identifier and the last levels snapshot are kept in your browser's local extension storage so the overlay can render and remember your preferences. Local extension storage is not encrypted at rest, so your license key is stored in clear text on your device; treat your device profile accordingly. The cached snapshot is replaced on the next live refresh.
Local data persists in your browser until it is overwritten or you remove it (see “Deleting your data”). The session token is cleared when you close the browser. Server-side retention of account and license records is governed by the GEX Levels website privacy policy and the operator's backend policy.
To delete your local data: clear the access-key field in the popup or options page and save (this clears the key and resets the session), then remove the extension from chrome://extensions — uninstalling deletes all of the extension's local and session storage, including the device identifier and cached levels. To delete or export server-side account/license data, contact support@gex-levels.com.
Use of data obtained through the extension is limited to providing and improving the extension's single purpose: the licensed display of GEX Levels overlays on TradingView. The extension's data handling complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is never sold or transferred for advertising, and is never used to determine creditworthiness or for lending.
The extension renders on TradingView, a third-party platform. GEX Levels is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView. The extension reads TradingView's on-page price scale only to position overlay lines accurately and does not transmit TradingView page data anywhere.
Displaying protected levels requires an active GEX Levels Indicator license, obtained from GEX Levels outside the Chrome Web Store. Google is not the seller of that license. Without an active license, the extension shows a locked or unavailable state and no protected data.
